Dr. Erin Harrel

Dr. Erin Harrel has held various esteemed positions throughout her career, but her most notable and respected role is that of a devoted mother to three accomplished young adults. Erin initiated her professional journey in the field of education, teaching both middle and high school students. After several years of teaching, she transitioned to higher education, where she has enjoyed a successful tenure for the past twelve years.

Following her tenure in academia, Erin embarked on a new path by establishing JRM Transforming Education. Through this venture, she collaborates with organizations, schools, and higher education institutions, offering her expertise in strategic planning, organizational development, and accreditation. Eager to broaden her horizons, she decided to follow in her mother's footsteps and explore the realm of real estate.

With her extensive research background and a robust network of friends and family, Erin joined Keller Williams in December of 2015. She specializes in facilitating transactions for residential, luxury, and commercial properties, leveraging her skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Beyond the realm of sales, Erin firmly believes that real estate presents an opportunity to contribute to our community in meaningful ways. As a foster parent to at-risk children in Lee, Collier, and Charlotte, she allocates a portion of her commission from every sale to support these vulnerable youths. In 2021, Erin co-founded the Old Florida Dream Team Foundation, a remarkable initiative dedicated to assisting homeless and foster middle and high school students. She holds a firm conviction that it is our collective responsibility to continuously pay it forward by serving and strengthening our community.
